چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: استفاده از رویکردهای خانواده‌درمانی مؤثر، می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهبود روابط زوجین و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی زناشویی ایفا کند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر بخشی درمان سیستمی بوئن و درمان ساختاری مینوچین بر تعهدزناشویی و الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین دارای تعارض انجام شد.

روش: این مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، با گروه کنترل و پیگیری یک‌ماه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین دارای تعارض مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره (دکتر حکم آبادی، سبک زندگی، فرهیختگان، راه سبز، رسا) شهر مشهد در فصل تابستان (تیر لغایت شهریور1403) بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس تعداد 18 زوج به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه 12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه تعهد زناشویی آدامز و جونز (1997) و الگوهای ارتباطی کریستنسن و سولاوای (1984) استفاده شد. مداخله درمان سیستمی بوئن (1978) در 8 جلسه دوساعته و درمان مبتنی بر درمان ساختاری مینوچین در 9 جلسه دوساعته به صورت هفتگی انجام شد. جهت بررسی تفاوت‌های بین گروهی از تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر چندمتغیره عاملی استفاده شد.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان سیستمی بوئن و درمان ساختاری مینوچین بر تعهدزناشویی و الگوهای ارتباطی در زوجین دارای تعارض مؤثر می‌باشد. همچنین بین اثربخشی درمان سیستمی بوئن و درمان ساختاری مینوچین بر تعهد زناشویی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد و در الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین دارای تعارض بر الگوهای ارتباطی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت.

نتیجه گیری: به‌طور کلی، یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مداخلات خانواده‌درمانی مبتنی بر رویکردهای سیستمی و ساختاری می‌توانند با اصلاح تعاملات خانوادگی، افزایش آگاهی زوجین نسبت به الگوهای ارتباطی ناکارآمد، تقویت مسئولیت‌پذیری و تعهد متقابل، و ارتقای مهارت‌های ارتباطی، نقش مهمی در کاهش مشکلات زناشویی و بهبود کیفیت روابط زوجین ایفا کنند.
