اثر دو مدل برنامه‌ریزی متفاوت تمرین مقاومتی بر عامل محافظت‌کننده عصبی و قدرت عضلانی زنان سالمند

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: سالمندی با کاهش قدرت عضلانی و تغییر در عوامل مرتبط با عملکرد عصبی همراه است. تمرین مقاومتی می‌تواند با ایجاد سازگاری‌های عضلانی و عصبی، قدرت و عوامل نوروتروفیک را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد؛ با این حال، نوع برنامه‌ریزی تمرین ممکن است بر میزان این سازگاری‌ها مؤثر باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر دو مدل برنامه‌ریزی خطی و غیرخطی تمرین مقاومتی بر غلظت سرمی BDNF و قدرت عضلات پایین‌تنه زنان سالمند انجام شد.
روش­: این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل انجام شد. 36 زن سالمند 65 تا 70 ساله به‌صورت تصادفی در سه گروه تمرین مقاومتی با برنامه‌ریزی خطی، غیرخطی و کنترل (هر گروه 12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. دو گروه تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 80 دقیقه تمرین مقاومتی ایستگاهی و دایره‌ای انجام دادند. غلظت سرمی BDNF با روش ELISA و قدرت عضلانی پایین‌تنه با آزمون پرس پا، پیش و پس از مداخله اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که پس از مداخله، بین سه گروه در سطح سرمی BDNF و قدرت عضلانی پایین‌تنه تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (001/0P). سطح BDNF در گروه تمرین مقاومتی غیرخطی به‌ترتیب 3/10 و 6/90 نانوگرم بر میلی‌لیتر بیشتر از گروه‌های خطی و کنترل بود. همچنین، قدرت پایین‌تنه در گروه غیرخطی به‌ترتیب 2/63 و 13/38 کیلوگرم بیشتر از گروه‌های خطی و کنترل و در گروه خطی 10/75 کیلوگرم بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (001/0P).
نتیجه­ گیری: هر دو الگوی تمرین مقاومتی خطی و غیرخطی موجب بهبود BDNF و قدرت عضلانی پایین‌تنه در زنان سالمند شدند؛ با این حال، تمرین مقاومتی با برنامه‌ریزی غیرخطی اثربخشی بیشتری در افزایش BDNF و قدرت پایین‌تنه داشت و می‌تواند به‌عنوان رویکرد مؤثرتری برای بهبود عملکرد عصبی‌عضلانی زنان سالمند مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
