  • Review articles are accepted only from experienced researchers who are thoroughly familiar with the topic and have previous publications in the same field.
  • The total length of the manuscript must not exceed 20 pages, including the main text, tables, graphs, and figures.
  • Case reports must be a maximum of 5 pages.

  • Results
  • Discussion and Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments
  • References

  1. Title Page:

The title page should include:

  • Full title of the article in Persian and English
  • Full names of all authors along with their academic rank, affiliation (university, department, or institution)
  • Workplace address
  • Email address
  • Telephone and fax number of the corresponding author

    • Background and Objective
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion

The English abstract must also be 250–300 words, and must be submitted along with the manuscript.

    • "Keywords" in English
    • "کلیدواژه‌ها" in Persian

RJMS considers the following criteria essential for authorship based on ICMJE recommendations:
https://www.icmje.org/recommendations/browse/roles-and-responsibilities/defining-the-role-of-authors-and-contributors.html#two

ICMJE recommends authorship be based on all four of the following criteria:

  • Substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the work; and
  • Drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content; and
  • Final approval of the version to be published; and
  • Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work to ensure questions related to accuracy or integrity of any part are appropriately investigated and resolved.

  1. Article Review Process:

Each submitted article is reviewed confidentially by at least two editors selected by the editorial board. The review outcome (acceptance, rejection, or request for revision) is communicated to the corresponding author.

During submission, you will be asked to provide the names of two potential reviewers who may be invited by the editor if needed.

Articles are reviewed by two referees, and their comments are sent to the corresponding author.
Suggested revisions by reviewers must be applied to the manuscript, with changes highlighted in two different colors (yellow and gray).

In addition to the revised manuscript, a separate Word file containing responses to reviewers’ comments must be submitted. This file should list reviewers’ comments individually, with the author’s actions or responses below each comment.

  1. Copyright / Authors’ Rights:

An article should only be submitted when all authors agree to the submission.
It should be ensured that the names of all individuals who contributed to the research are included in the submitted article.

Authors must have sufficient and necessary involvement in the conception and design of the research, data collection or analysis, writing or editing the article, and must approve the final version before submission.

  1. Cover Letter

A cover letter must be submitted as a separate file along with the article. The letter should mention any articles derived from this research that have been published or are under review in other journals. It must also state that all authors have read the manuscript and approved its submission. Furthermore, as the corresponding author, you must confirm that the research is original, that you have permission to submit it, and that the submitted article has not been previously published elsewhere.

  1. Ethical Issues in Research

Research involving human subjects must comply with the Helsinki Declaration. For all research involving human or animal samples, in addition to providing the ethics approval code in the methods section of the article, the full name of the institution issuing the ethics code must be stated.

  1. Publication Policies
  • Scientific Misconduct: The journal takes issues related to scientific misconduct, publication ethics, and violations seriously. We respect authors’ rights and always investigate claims of misconduct or misuse of published articles. Submitted articles will be evaluated using specialized software.
  • Prior Publication: If any part of the research has been published previously, the article will generally not be accepted by the Modern Approaches in Education Management and Health Sciences journal.

  1. Article Submission

The journal Modern Approaches in Education Management and Health Sciences operates on the Sinaweb platform and uses an online submission and peer review system. After registration and login to the system, submit your manuscript online.

  1. Required Documents for Submission

You must ensure that the following files are submitted to the journal:

  • Title page including titles (in Persian and English), authors’ names and academic affiliations, short titles (Persian and English), and corresponding author information.
  • Manuscript text including titles (Persian and English), abstracts (Persian and English), and main text (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion, References).
  • Cover letter
  • Commitment form
  • Conflict of interest form

  1. Acceptance and Publication Procedures
  • Article Production: All accepted articles undergo linguistic and technical editing by the journal’s editorial team. All authors must apply the editorial team’s corrections promptly and resubmit. Final acceptance is issued after this stage. Once the final manuscript file is prepared by the page layout team, the PDF file will be sent to the corresponding author for final approval. Upon approval, the PDF must be returned to the journal immediately. At this stage, the author should carefully verify the accuracy of author names, order, and information. Please note that significant changes in authors’ names or order are not allowed at this stage except in exceptional cases, which require a completed and signed form by all authors.
  • Early Online Publication: After final editing, the article is published online. This helps shorten the time from submission to publication and allows the article to be available to researchers before assignment to a journal issue.

  1. Access to Articles

The journal provides immediate free access to its scientific content and does not charge authors any fees for submission, processing, or publication of manuscripts.

  1. Additional Information

Any correspondence, questions, or further requests regarding submitted articles should be directed via email to the journal at: eduhealthsci@gmail.com

Printing and publishing materials from the journal is permitted only with the editor’s permission and proper citation.
