The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning styles on general health of athlete students. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The participants consisted of 90 female athletes from high schools in Isfahan which were selected by random cluster sampling. Data were collected by Kolbe's learning style and Goldberg general health questionnaire. Pearson's moment coefficient test and multiple regression were used to analysis the data. The results showed a significant relationship between objective experience and physical symptoms, anxiety and general health score. In addition, there was a significant relationship between reflective observation with physical symptoms, anxiety, depression and general health score. Also, a significant relationship was observed between abstract conceptualization with physical symptoms, anxiety, depression and general health score and eventually significant relationship between active experimentation with anxiety and general health score was observed. Moreover, the regression analysis indicated the subscale of abstract conceptualization has the predictive ability of general health.Given the close relationship between learning styles and mental health, in order to improve the general health of students, learning styles can be emphasized
